found a muslima horseback rider?

Asalamu alaikum,

I think I found a muslima rider, here is the author page of her website. She wrote "The Everything Koran Book" and she is from Egypt. While I know there are Christians in Egypt, she did write that book about the Qur'an, so it seems safe to assume that she is Muslim.
